Event Marketing Manager

TL;DR

Event Marketing Manager (Fintech): Build and own event program from the ground up, leading intimate dinners for CFOs/finance leaders and presence at conferences/trade shows with an accent on creating genuine conversations and driving business relationships. Focus on managing logistics across multiple US cities, hosting events 2+ weeks per month, and representing the company at industry shows.

Location: Remote anywhere in the US; hybrid from New York office if based there. Relocation to New York welcomed.

What you will do

• Build and own the event program including intimate dinners for CFOs and finance leaders (customers and prospects).
• Manage presence at conferences and trade shows across the US.
• Get the right people in the room and create genuine conversations that turn into business relationships.
• Handle logistics for multiple cities and events simultaneously, traveling 2+ weeks per month.
• Be the face of hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or community roles.
• Genuinely extroverted and energized by people; able to connect with strangers quickly.
• Highly organized with ability to run logistics across multiple cities/events.
• Quick learner for new domains (finance/accounting provided).

Nice to have

• Background in finance, fintech, or accounting software.
• Existing relationships in CFO/finance leader community.
