What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee organic social media strategy, including posting, engagement, and content calendar execution.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Conduct audience and creative testing to optimize budgets and performance.
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads with a proven track record in ROAS optimization.
• Experience working with US-based businesses is required.
• Must be based in Chile.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in Central Time (CT) working hours.
