What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Oversee organic social media strategy, posting, engagement, and content calendar.
• Monitor performance metrics like lead generation, cost per lead, ROI; conduct audience/creative testing and budget optimization.
• Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with firm growth goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads; proven track record in ROAS and lead generation.
• Experience managing organic social media for businesses.
• Experience working with US-based businesses required.
• Law firm marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written/verbal English; comfortable with video calls.
