What you will do
- Identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts while developing strategic business.
- Evangelize ’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
- Take a solution-based approach to selling, delivering clear business value.
- Champion Cloud innovation, driving awareness and adoption.
- Manage customer details, use cases, timelines, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts and engage in local developer meetups and community events.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources from teams to executives.
- Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- 7+ years experience in open source software business models preferred; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required.
- Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and cross-functional work in diverse global teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with business and technical acumen.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven results in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in remote-first global organizations.
- Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
