What you will do

  • Identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts while developing strategic business.
  • Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  • Take a solution-based approach to selling, delivering clear business value.
  • Champion hirify.global Cloud innovation, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Manage customer details, use cases, timelines, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts and engage in local developer meetups and community events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources from teams to executives.
  • Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • 7+ years experience in open source software business models preferred; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and cross-functional work in diverse global teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with business and technical acumen.

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven results in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in remote-first global organizations.
  • Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
