What you will do
- Develop and implement the global sales strategy for Consulting & Engineering aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover new business and innovative service offerings.
- Standardize global sales processes, governance structures, pricing approaches, and offer preparation.
- Drive global growth in engineering sales to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Manage the global sales pipeline, monitoring and reporting through Salesforce.
- Coordinate regional sales teams and product specialists to maximize global business opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in international sales or sales support, ideally in engineering or consulting.
- Proven track record in executing global sales strategies and managing complex multi-region opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, pricing strategies, and commercial frameworks.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional international teams.
- Fluent in English; international travel is required.
