Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office), must be based in Erlangen or Berlin, Germany

What you will do
- Translate customer requirements into optimized technical energy storage solution proposals in cooperation with EMEA sales teams.
- Provide deep technical expertise on energy storage platforms and guide product configuration.
- Lead technical aspects of contract negotiations and evaluate proposals from installation contractors for turnkey delivery.
- Capture customer technical requirements to shape product roadmaps and develop designs meeting local codes.
- Coordinate product readiness, availability, and pricing with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Manage the technical handover of transacted deals to project execution teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- At least five years of professional work experience in the power industry.
- Experience in energy storage, solar, or industrial balance of plant (EPC works).
- Proficiency in technical/financial modeling using Excel and/or Matlab, and experience with CRM (Salesforce) and CAD tools.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of local standards, codes, and regulations within the DACH region.
