Location: Hybrid or Remote in Germany (Munich or Berlin)

What you will do

  • Lead and execute the DACH GTM strategy focusing on high-value segments.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing BDR team and mentor a Junior BDR Team Lead.
  • Define and optimize the German outbound playbook and tech stack, including Salesforce and AI tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure strong lead flow and efficient handoffs.
  • Provide clear pipeline forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Hire and scale the sales development team to maintain growth momentum.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Manager or Director role within Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing BDR/SDR teams for a Challenger Brand or non-commodity solution.
  • Strong analytical ability to pinpoint leaks in conversion funnels.
  • Deep knowledge of the DE business culture, time zones, and HR space (CHRO language).
  • Expertise in key sales development metrics: Quota Attainment, Conversion Rates, and Ramp Time.
