Location: Remote from Germany or Switzerland (DACH region). Based in the DACH.

What you will do
- Demonstrate deep understanding of value to customers and own territory growth with strategic plans.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, positioning AI and cloud solutions for client challenges.
- Conduct consultative selling, product demos, and presentations to showcase solution value.
- Lead contract negotiations and closings with executives to secure revenue targets and partnerships.
- Represent at events, stay updated on market trends, and orchestrate deal teams for value proposals.
- Forecast accurately and progress deals through Salesforce to meet ACV and activity targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years B2B sales experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure with hunter track record.
- Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen: value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, exec-level storytelling.
- High energy, consistent quota achievement, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Passion for startup culture impacting company growth.
