Focus on uncovering new business opportunities, leading negotiations with C-suite executives, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Location: Remote from Germany or Switzerland (DACH region). Based in the DACH.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of hirify.global value to customers and own territory growth with strategic plans.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, positioning AI and cloud solutions for client challenges.
  • Conduct consultative selling, product demos, and presentations to showcase solution value.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closings with executives to secure revenue targets and partnerships.
  • Represent hirify.global at events, stay updated on market trends, and orchestrate deal teams for value proposals.
  • Forecast accurately and progress deals through Salesforce to meet ACV and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B sales experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure with hunter track record.
  • Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen: value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, exec-level storytelling.
  • High energy, consistent quota achievement, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Passion for startup culture impacting company growth.

  • Proficiency in German (local market language).
  • High-growth startup experience.
  • SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales exposure.
  • Mid-market or enterprise client sales experience.
