Location: Munich office (hybrid/remote flexible for DACH market)

What you will do

  • Own inbound leads: qualify with speed and high standards
  • Build pipeline via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Meet/exceed monthly targets for meetings and opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs and pain points
  • Position hirify.global’s value to hospitality decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless opportunity handovers
  • Leverage partner ecosystem for additional leads

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in German and English (minimum C1 level required for both, for the DACH market)
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales development or comparable role
  • Strong interest in outbound prospecting and pipeline building
  • Comfort with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Confidence engaging decision-makers with discovery and listening skills
  • Resilience, ownership, and drive in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, hospitality tech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
  • Additional languages: Italian, Spanish, or French
