What you will do
- Define positioning, brand architecture, and visual identity across all channels.
- Own marketing planning, campaign briefs, and execution.
- Lead full-funnel team in paid, lifecycle, community, and brand marketing.
- Establish KPIs, run reviews, and report to execs/board.
- Act as voice of customer, informing creative and product decisions.
- Hire, coach team, manage agencies to high standards.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in marketing; marketplace experience a plus
- Eye for culture/content trends and brand POV.
- Hands-on execution with scaling frameworks.
- Strong analytics, communication, systems thinking, cross-functional leadership.
- Storyteller turning product insights into compelling narratives.
- Ownership mindset for big bets and high performance.
