Senior Director, Brand Marketing (Affinity Brands): Build brand strategy and growth for portfolio of multicultural dating apps serving Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Muslim communities with an accent on cultural relevance, authenticity, and reinvention for a new generation. Focus on championing diverse audiences, evolving narratives, creative campaigns, and integrated marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX (3 days/week in office)
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 a year

What you will do
- Evolve brand strategy, positioning, and narrative for affinity brands, ensuring cultural grounding and global scalability.
- Champion diverse communities in brand decisions, building cultural fluency in teams and balancing representation with growth.
- Lead creative work aligned with brand standards, tapping into subcultures and trends for resonant campaigns.
- Develop digital-first integrated marketing campaigns driving brand-led growth and acquisition.
- Collaborate with media, performance, and product teams to shape strategies, metrics, and inclusive user experiences.
- Build and lead a culturally fluent team, fostering cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand marketing, ideally tech/consumer apps or culturally driven brands
- Demonstrated multicultural/affinity marketing experience with deep audience understanding
- End-to-end brand strategy execution from insight to growth impact
- Strong creative judgment, cultural curiosity, and acquisition marketing knowledge
- Experience partnering with Product teams for inclusive experiences
- Commercially minded, data-literate, with builder's mindset for brand transformation
