VP Marketing (Conversational Commerce): Own the narrative and positioning of ’ AI-driven ecommerce platform with an accent on product marketing and GTM acceleration. Location: Kitchener Remote, open to semi-frequent in-person travel to NYC
Compensation: CA$285,757 – CA$315,836 • 0.064% – 0.085% equity • CA$95,252 – CA$105,279 Bonus

What you will do
- Define differentiated positioning, messaging, and narratives for the Conversational Commerce platform across product portfolio.
- Educate merchants on investing in conversational commerce and implementation with .
- Partner with Product and Sales to launch new products and capabilities.
- Build content engine for enablement, storytelling, and thought leadership.
- Distribute narrative through 100+ annual events including customer conference in LA.
- Develop targeted GTM plays with Demand Gen and Sales for mid-market and enterprise adoption and expansion.
Requirements
- Deep product understanding including setup and value delivery to educate merchants on conversational shopping.
- Collaborative, curious, empathetic approach for global customers and team.
- Strategic and hands-on execution bridging vision to full-funnel impact.
- Passionate about Conversational Commerce and AI reshaping commerce and marketing.
- Open to semi-frequent in-person travel to NYC.
