What you will do

• Define positioning, messaging, and content engine for the product portfolio.
• Educate merchants on Conversational Commerce value and implementation.
• Partner with Product and Sales to launch new capabilities.
• Distribute narrative via 100+ annual events, including customer conference.
• Develop targeted GTM plays for segments and drive mid-market/enterprise adoption.
• Track funnel metrics for awareness, consideration, and adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Ottawa Remote
• Deep product understanding to educate on customer conversations and value delivery.
• Strategic and hands-on experience bridging vision to execution across full funnel.
• Collaborative, curious, empathetic for global customers and team.
• Open to semi-frequent in-person travel to NYC
• Background in product marketing or demand generation/growth.
