TL;DR
Principal Solutions Engineer (Strategic, AI/Identity): Serve as technical sales strategist for AMER strategic accounts, accelerating large multi-stakeholder deals with an accent on AI-driven pursuits, partner strategies, and repeatable sales motions. Focus on leading pursuit strategy, scaling key initiatives, operationalizing best practices, and aligning sales narratives with product stakeholders and market trends.
Location: Remote for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; requires in-person onboarding and travel to a U.S. office during the first week of employment.
Salary: $228,000 — $342,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead pursuit strategy for large, multi-stakeholder deals and drive AI, partner, and strategic sales across enterprise accounts.
- Build and operationalize repeatable sales motions, partner strategies, and AI-enabled sales plays.
- Serve as trusted advisor to Strategic Account Directors, supporting go-to-market strategies and deal execution.
- Develop frameworks for consistency in strategic deal cycles and align AI/platform sales narratives with trends.
- Support AI-driven sales initiatives, value-based selling, and cross-functional collaboration for pipeline growth.
- Engage ecosystems, represent at events, and surface field insights for GTM strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in identity, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-related domains
- Proven track record driving strategic sales programs and large, complex deals
- Strong understanding of AI/ML in enterprise GTM and security
- Experience developing C-level messaging and executive engagements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical events
Nice to have
- Prior Field CTO, Strategic Advisor, or Sales Strategy role in high-growth SaaS
- Success in AI-enabled or platform-based sales motions
- Understanding of ’s platform, ecosystem, and identity security
- Experience with Fortune 100 or regulated industries
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or enterprise sales methodologies
- Ability to thrive in matrixed environments balancing vision and execution
