Location: Remote - United States
Salary: $200,000 - $236,000 USD (OTE, Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Drive technical strategy on largest deals partnering with AEs and sales leadership.
- Lead discovery, solution design, POCs, competitive bake-offs, and build stakeholder conviction.
- Advise engineering leaders on observability, operations, and software building practices.
- Instrument apps, unblock issues, and prove outcomes in customer environments.
- Build scalable technical content, demos, architectures, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Collaborate across sales, product, engineering to refine go-to-market and shape product direction.
- Mentor peers and demonstrate leadership judgment.
Requirements
- 7+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise.
- Track record winning complex high-value deals with sophisticated stakeholders.
- Experience selling to developer, SRE, engineering organizations with technical depth and business fluency.
- Hands-on fluency in cloud, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems, APIs, observability, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry.
- Comfort with code across languages to guide instrumentation.
- POC ownership, success criteria definition, risk management.
- Willingness to travel ~20%.
- No visa sponsorship or transfers.

- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
