Location: Remote - Ireland (EMEA role). No visa sponsorship or transfers.

Salary: €175,000 - €205,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you will do

• Drive technical strategy on largest deals, partnering with AEs and sales leadership.
• Lead discovery, solution design, POCs, competitive bake-offs, and build stakeholder conviction.
• Advise executives on AI-era observability, modern operations, and software building practices.
• Instrument apps, unblock issues, and prove outcomes in customer environments.
• Build scalable technical content, demos, architectures, and thought leadership.
• Deliver impactful demos, workshops, and presentations; collaborate across teams.
• Bring field signals to shape product and GTM; mentor peers.

Requirements

• 7+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise.
• Track record winning complex high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with developer, SRE, platform, or engineering-led organizations.
• Executive presence, solutioning skills, hands-on fluency in cloud, Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability, OpenTelemetry.
• Comfort with code across languages; owning complex POCs and evaluations.
• Collaborative mindset; point of view on observability and AI workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
