What you will do
- Own the end-to-end financial planning function, reporting to the VP of Finance and managing junior FP&A talent.
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to functional leadership, identifying risks and opportunities across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Lead all forecasting activities, including revenue, cash, operating models, and long-range planning.
- Coordinate the annual budget process and develop KPIs connecting operational activity to financial outcomes.
- Drive AI adoption within the Finance team to automate and optimize FP&A workflows.
- Support the administration and implementation of EPM/ERP systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (compensation tied to US geographical tiers).
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth or startup environments.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to FP&A workflows.
- Expertise in 3-statement modeling, scenario analysis, unit economics, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with ERP/EPM systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Nice to have
- MBA or CFA certification.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Prior experience managing direct reports.
- Experience migrating financial systems from Excel.
