What you will do

• Own the company’s financial model and forecasting across revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles including budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning
• Partner with company leaders to provide data-driven insights for faster decisions
• Build reporting, analyze performance against plan, and identify key risks and opportunities
• Create scenario analyses and business cases for investments, hiring, and strategic initiatives
• Improve and automate FP&A processes and systems as the company scales

Requirements

• 5–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning
• Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and communicate with stakeholders
• Comfortable in ambiguity, building processes from scratch in fast-growing environment
• Strong AI and automation skills
• Low ego, high ownership, cross-functional mindset
