Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple healthcare research projects through all study phases from initiation to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and trackers for internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and coordinate solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Manage project utilization, invoicing, and payment tracking for Evidence Services.
• Collaborate with analysts, biostatisticians, and epidemiologists to ensure research outputs meet high scientific integrity standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, research operations, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to track deliverables and dependencies across various teams.
• Excellent communication skills for summarizing discussions and documenting decisions.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MS) in public health, healthcare management, or research administration.
• Professional certification such as PMP or CAPM.
• Experience in real-world evidence (RWE), life sciences, or clinical research environments.
• Familiarity with research workflows, including study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) or operational frameworks.
