What you will do
- Lead customer implementations as primary partner contact, driving on-time delivery, high NPS, and pilot-to-enterprise conversions.
- Own project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage all phases from kickoff to post-live stabilization.
- Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate progress transparently to stakeholders.
- Execute comprehensive testing plans, track issues, and triage for strategic partners.
- Collaborate on process improvements and scalable implementation frameworks.
Requirements
- Must be based in Central or Mountain Time Zone with up to 40% travel
- 3+ years project management experience in software deployment at B2B companies, ideally healthcare tech.
- Track record of successful implementations, including electronic record systems (Epic a plus).
- Exceptional communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities with detail orientation.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, rapid decision-making, and bias to action.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with privacy/security protocols.
- Knowledge of tiered support and escalation.
- Epic ClinDoc experience.
