Location: Hybrid; must be based in the US. In-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA or Chicago office required during the first week of employment.

Salary: $224,000 — $345,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ORD leadership meetings, setting strategic agendas and facilitating high-stakes sessions.
• Act as the primary bridge between EPD and GTM teams to ensure product delivery timelines and technical roadmaps are synchronized with market expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite prep and follow-ups, ensuring executive meetings result in documented accountability.
• Continuously refine the R&D operating model to eliminate friction, improve communication flow, and ensure efficient organizational scaling.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Operations Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Program Management, or Business Operations within high-growth tech.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to provide strategic counsel to C-level executives and navigate high-stakes discussions.
• Expertise in converting high-level strategic conversations into documented, actionable reality.
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets into concise, visually compelling executive presentations.
• Must be able to travel to the San Francisco, CA HQ or Chicago office for onboarding during the first week.
