Salary: $300,000–$341,000 base + bonus, equity, benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive engineering roadmap for security products like IAM, authorization, encryption lifecycle, and workload identity.
• Lead and grow engineering teams including managers and senior ICs building/operating security services.
• Own production availability, reliability, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and on-call for security products.
• Partner with Product Management and InfoSec to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Oversee architecture of secure, scalable systems integrating with customer identity/key management tools.
• Collaborate with sales/solutions teams for enterprise deployments and improve engineering processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software/infrastructure engineering building production services.
• 5+ years engineering leadership managing managers and scaling multi-team orgs.
• Track record delivering security/identity/encryption products (IAM, SSO, KMS) at cloud/SaaS/security firms.
• Experience with distributed systems, high availability, enterprise security (authz, encryption, auditing).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
• Collaboration with Product/Security teams; building/mentoring diverse high-performing teams.
