Salary: $148,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Own and execute the global startup program strategy for early-stage startups from pre-seed to Series A.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing startup program team.
• Develop strategic relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators to bring high-quality startups into the ecosystem.
• Design and scale programs to drive adoption and engagement, such as the hirify.global AI Accelerator.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and DevRel to integrate the startup program into broader campaigns and identify high-potential customers.
• Serve as a visible ambassador for hirify.global in the startup ecosystem through events and founder advisory.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in programs, partnerships, or ecosystem roles within high-growth technology or developer-focused companies.
• Proven track record of building and scaling programs from 0 to 1 with measurable impact on growth or revenue.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong existing relationships with VCs, accelerators, and early-stage companies.
• Ability to engage technically with audiences familiar with React, Next.js, Vite, Astro, and Remix.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and optimizing program performance.

• Contributions to open-source projects related to modern frontend technologies.
• Existing relationships with top-tier accelerators like Y Combinator or Techstars.
• Experience building large-scale applications with modern frontend frameworks.
