What you will do

• Work with GTM Automation team to evolve technically scalable, reportable, and intuitive Salesforce data models.
• Build custom functionality using SOQL APIs, Apex controllers, web services, callouts tailored to business needs.
• Participate in technical analysis, document requirements, and design integrations with architects and stakeholders.
• Review code quality, refactor existing codebase for extensibility, and architect solutions respecting Salesforce limits like heap size and SOQL.
• Debug issues, troubleshoot errors, and maintain solutions for performance and reliability.
• Learn new technologies as needed for projects.

Requirements

• 4-6 years building and maintaining enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
• Hands-on with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, GitHub, CI/CD tools
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, async processing)
• Strong experience designing data models for complex workflows and integrations
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) for Apex, Flows, metadata
• Proficiency in unit tests with assertions

Nice to have

• Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications
• Experience in SQL, Python, Data Cloud, Snowflake
• Hands-on with MuleSoft/Informatica middleware
• Experience developing/deploying through Heroku
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, AI tools, Tray.io
