What you will do
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding monetization, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze account reports to execute strategic up-selling and increase monetized revenue from existing partners.
- Build and maintain meaningful partner relationships through proactive engagement and online video meetings.
- Administer a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to maintain engagement and reduce churn.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrable experience managing commercial growth in large account bases.
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue-generating account manager.
- Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh.
- Experience selling into the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market.
- Proactive self-starter mindset with strong time management and communication skills.
