What you will do

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding monetization, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze account reports to execute strategic up-selling and increase monetized revenue from existing partners.
  • Build and maintain meaningful partner relationships through proactive engagement and online video meetings.
  • Administer a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to maintain engagement and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrable experience managing commercial growth in large account bases.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue-generating account manager.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh.
  • Experience selling into the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market.
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with strong time management and communication skills.
