Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Must be a Saudi National.

What you will do
- Educate customers on product offerings and align services with their specific needs to drive value.
- Bridge the gap between onboarding and value realization to increase product adoption.
- Build trust-based relationships and loyalty with public sector stakeholders through consistent engagement.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to further bring value to the customers.
- Monitor NPS and customer feedback, executing data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless CX.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS Customer Success role.
- Saudi National citizenship is mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Tech-savvy experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and CSPs like ChurnZero.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Comfortable with frequent face-to-face client interactions.
