Salary: $115,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the PMO and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the CTO’s priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and refine scalable project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks across engineering and IT.
• Manage the operating rhythm for top initiatives, including risk reviews, dependency management, and executive escalations.
• Maintain the CTO dashboard to tie engineering and IT metrics to business outcomes for board-level presentations.
• Oversee project and program budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Coach and guide project managers to ensure adherence to quality, process, and governance guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or comparable certification preferred.
• Extensive project management experience in professional services or technical delivery, preferably within a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in budget ownership and team development.
• Strong technical aptitude with MS Office, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and PM tools (Monday.com).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Minnesota and travel up to 25%.
