Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of client context to identify high-leverage AI workflow opportunities for rapid impact.
• Partner with client executives to shape AI roadmaps and translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Build proformas and ROI analyses with client finance teams to prioritize use cases.
• Collaborate with hirify.global architects, engineers, data scientists, and client teams to define and refine requirements.
• Validate concepts, manage product launches, train end-users, and drive change management.
• Mentor teammates and deliver cohesive product vision aligned with company and client goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, client management, and/or consulting in healthcare.
• Local to client area or willingness to travel 50%+.
• Strong communicator able to influence across all levels.
• Technology enthusiast with hands-on experience exploring Generative AI.
• Systems thinker balancing vision and detail, with high customer empathy.
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomy in dynamic environments.
