What you will do

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases, co-developing custom AI solutions, and executing strategies like champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Build champion communities including advocate networks, power user groups, and internal customer trainers to drive peer-to-peer learning and engagement.
• Lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating tailored virtual and in-person sessions customized to customer needs.
• Continuously improve materials based on feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, identify training gaps, and build relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven customer success and activation expertise, driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience with customer use cases, implementing activation strategies (champion programs, office hours, dashboards, workshops), and building advocate networks.
• AI and technical proficiency to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos, articulating business value and ROI.
• Facilitation and education skills for delivering tailored workshops to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration, program management, relationship-building, and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
