What you will do
- Own end-to-end post-sale relationships for diagnostics and enterprise clients as primary point of contact for performance, technical, and clinical needs.
- Lead discovery, strategy sessions, QBRs, and action plans to meet KPIs, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Translate client requirements into platform configurations, workflows, and integrations, overseeing timelines and change management.
- Develop and deliver reporting on funnel performance, clinical outcomes, and SLAs; analyze trends for optimizations.
- Synthesize feedback into product roadmaps and contribute to AI-supported workflows and standard procedures.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Implementations, or Clinical Solutions/Operations in healthcare or health tech.
- Experience owning post-sale enterprise relationships, QBRs, renewals/expansion, and issue escalations.
- Strong knowledge of care delivery models, clinical workflows, and healthcare tech platforms (EMRs, labs, telehealth, HL7/API, FHIR).
- Ability to interpret data, present insights, and create client-facing materials.
- Excellent communication for clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s in science, healthcare, or engineering; advanced degree or clinical credential preferred.
