What you will do

• Own end-to-end client delivery from post-sale handoff through onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Act as primary accountability owner for client outcomes, satisfaction, retention, and escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on complex implementations, GTM use cases, and technical workflows.
• Define, document, and improve client delivery processes, playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build cross-functional relationships and contribute to strategy for delivery, retention, and expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback.

Requirements

• U.S. business hours
• Senior-level experience in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, GTM Engineering, or Implementation roles.
• Strong familiarity with modern GTM stacks, automation workflows, and AI-driven systems.
• Proven experience working directly with clients in high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Clay.
• Background in scaling client delivery functions.
• Experience with complex technical implementations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
