Head of Client Delivery (AI): Own and manage the full post-sales delivery lifecycle for clients using advanced AI-driven solutions with an accent on onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success. Focus on overseeing multiple implementations, managing escalations, partnering with Sales/Product/Engineering teams, and optimizing delivery processes and playbooks.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end client delivery from post-sale handoff through onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
- Act as primary accountability owner for client outcomes, satisfaction, retention, and escalations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on complex implementations, GTM use cases, and technical workflows.
- Define, document, and improve client delivery processes, playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Build cross-functional relationships and contribute to strategy for delivery, retention, and expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback.
Requirements
- U.S. business hours
- Senior-level experience in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, GTM Engineering, or Implementation roles.
- Strong familiarity with modern GTM stacks, automation workflows, and AI-driven systems.
- Proven experience working directly with clients in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Clay.
- Background in scaling client delivery functions.
- Experience with complex technical implementations and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
