TL;DR

Contract Administrator (Legal Ops): Independently reviewing and revising high-volume complex SaaS contracts with healthcare organizations and governments with an accent on risk identification, mitigation, and negotiation. Focus on managing time-sensitive deal cycles, adapting to shifting priorities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, following Remote Work Policy. Up to 25% travel required.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year + bonus + benefits + perks.

What you will do

  • Independently review, revise, and negotiate complex SaaS contracts with state/municipal governments and healthcare organizations.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate contract risks, escalating as needed in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Lead contract negotiation calls, provide deal strategy support, and facilitate meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain contract organization using Salesforce and other tools, ensure execution per company policies.
  • Contribute to development and improvement of contracting policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Research contract obligations, advise teams on generation and compliance, and handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proven experience in contract management (reviewing, writing, redlining, negotiating), preferably in healthcare or government procurement.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to manage high workloads under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, CRM knowledge (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced team environments as a proactive self-starter.
  • Discretion with confidential information and enthusiasm for learning.
