What you will do

• Own outside counsel and vendor management including matter lifecycle in Legal Tracker, billing guidelines, invoice approvals, accruals, and firm onboarding
• Administer Ironclad for contract workflows, NDA processes, signer requests, and access management
• Handle AP reconciliation, finance reporting, budget tracking, forecasts, and insurance procurement with Procurement
• Manage legal mail routing and triage for litigation, trust & safety, payroll, and people ops
• Optimize legal tech stack (Legal Tracker, Ironclad, etc.) and lead AI tool evaluations and integrations
• Improve knowledge management, support onboarding/due diligence, and design scalable workflow enhancements with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 4+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or related legal/business ops role, preferably at a tech company
• Hands-on experience with e-billing/matter management (Legal Tracker or equiv.) and contract tools (Ironclad or equiv.)
• Strong financial skills: invoice processing, budget tracking, AP reconciliation, accruals
• Enthusiasm and expertise in AI/legal tech with proven experience using AI tools
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Strong communication and service mindset for attorneys and cross-functional partners
• Experience scaling legal processes with impact on efficiency, cost, or quality
