Senior Contract Analyst

What you will do

• Draft, generate, interpret, negotiate, and manage agreements, including U.S. Government contracting requirements.
• Review and process internal requests from Strategic Business Units to support objectives.
• Conduct terms summary analysis for risk identification and mitigation.
• Communicate contractual issues to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Maintain documentation and archival of contract artifacts.
• Support cross-team collaboration for tool development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for access to contract information.
• University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in contract administration and interpretation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to various organizational levels.
