TL;DR

Senior Contracts Manager (SaaS): Own end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments with an accent on negotiation, drafting, redlining, and process optimization. Focus on managing high-volume contracts, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, and scaling operations using CLM systems.

Location: Remote in the United States (FL, TX, TN, SC, RI)

Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 USD annually + commission and equity

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for SaaS subscriptions, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments
  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts directly with customers and vendors, escalating as needed
  • Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and workflows
  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to reduce cycle times and scale contracting operations
  • Occasional travel up to 5% for team meetings or events

Requirements

  • 7+ years in contracts management or related role with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Expertise negotiating and drafting SaaS subscriptions, NDAs, vendor agreements in B2B tech/SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS concepts: subscriptions, SLAs, DPAs, indemnification, liability clauses
  • Extensive experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload with prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills for stakeholders and customers

Nice to have

  • Expertise with Ironclad (workflows, templates, playbooks)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM integrated with CLM
  • Experience with international customers and colleagues
