What you will do

• Optimize and design sites, components, and interfaces aligning with brand guidelines in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and iterate design systems, improving components with developers and designers.
• Perform Design Quality Assurance (DQA) for visual and interaction design, resolving tickets and ensuring implementation quality.
• Create wireframes from research, requirements, and sketches to address user needs across types.
• Develop interaction models and experience architectures using sketches, diagrams, and maps.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and facilitate design reviews to drive approvals and incorporate feedback.
• Support Product Strategy in defining experience and product requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a UX professional designing website interfaces and managing design systems
• Portfolio showing real projects with strong UI visual design and responsive design
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and collaborative UI prototyping tools
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills for sharing ideas and feedback
• Experience with modern digital tools and openness to AI-powered solutions

Nice to have

• Understanding of UX principles like information architecture and usability
• Agency experience and e-commerce projects
• Conceptual knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles
