What you will do

• Translate design system strategy into detailed specifications and executable work for multi-brand, multi-platform evolution.
• Implement and maintain scalable token structure as a single source of truth for design and engineering teams.
• Ensure accessibility principles are implemented and validated in core components.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for seamless design system adoption and integration.
• Lead creation of educational resources, mentorship, and workshops to raise cross-functional proficiency.
• Integrate new design system capabilities, including exploration of AI technologies to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product design, 4+ years building and scaling multi-brand, multi-platform design systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma and mastery in Token Studio, Storybook, StyleDictionary in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, user education, feedback collection, speed, and agility
• Fluent in English
