What you will do
- Own end-to-end design process for features: user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
- Solve complex problems by turning user workflows and technical needs into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on needs and goals, and Engineers on implementation.
- Champion users via research, usability testing, data analysis, and customer interviews.
- Build and maintain design system and UI component library for consistency.
- Present and justify designs to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on user input.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer with focus on SaaS or complex web apps.
- Portfolio showing complex UX problem-solving, visual design, and end-to-end process.
- Deep user empathy and passion for user-centered experiences.
- Expertise in Figma, Axure, and user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced agile environment tackling challenging problems.
