What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features, including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand financial workflows and user needs
• Translate complex financial data into intuitive user journeys, interaction flows, and prototypes
• Develop effective data visualizations and iterate based on user testing and feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to deliver cohesive solutions
• Contribute to design system evolution and facilitate workshops for alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in designing dashboards, reporting tools, and complex data visualizations
• Strong user-centered design principles, UX research, and full design lifecycle experience
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant user experiences
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools and design systems at scale
• Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills
