What you will do

• Design beautiful and consistent user experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop platforms.
• Collaborate within cross-functional squads with engineers, product managers, and marketers to own problems end-to-end.
• Maintain and evolve a shared design system and component library.
• Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype, write code, and accelerate the shipping of working products.
• Validate design decisions using data, user insights, and direct user conversations.
• Stay current with platform guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design, Web standards) to optimize each platform's experience.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX thinking across mobile and web platforms.
• Proven experience shipping real product features, not just concepts.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Ability to use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to prototype and ship code as part of the design process.
• Excellent written communication skills for an async-first, remote environment.
