Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the world
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Own Discover's design end-to-end: identify opportunities, frame problems, set direction, and ship work connecting platform systems.
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences with conversational UX, curation, and trust signals that feel human.
- Serve both marketplace sides by designing for creator visibility, consumer confidence, and systemic trust.
- Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, and collaborate with engineers to launch.
- Mentor designers, elevate craft standards, and provide feedback to raise the bar on Discover.
Requirements
- Proficient in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading).
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience — hard requirement, with portfolio showing shaped outcomes for both sides.
- 5+ years product design experience, including 0→1 shipped work, complex flows, and driving direction.
- Experience as most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes.
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
- Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration; proactive communication; comfort in ambiguity.
