TL;DR
Business Development & Sales Operations Intern (AI): Managing sales operations and CRM hygiene to support revenue scaling with an accent on HubSpot organization and prospect list generation. Focus on researching new market verticals, cleaning pipeline data, and documenting internal scaling processes.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to Culver City or West Hollywood (at least 1 day per week in office)
Compensation: Unpaid or stipend-based (depending on school credit requirements)

What you will do
- Manage sales operations tasks and maintain high standards of HubSpot CRM hygiene.
- Generate targeted prospect lists to support outbound growth efforts across various industries.
- Conduct research on new verticals, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Support the documentation of internal workflows and processes for scaling.
- Gain exposure to strategy calls, founder meetings, and customer conversations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Strong interest in business development, sales operations, or the SaaS industry.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to work in a high-growth AI environment.
- Ability to work hybrid with at least one in-office day in Culver City or West Hollywood.
