What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
• Drive adoption of Domino Cloud by leading migration conversations with VPC and On-prem customers.
• Conduct consultative discussions leveraging MLOps and AI expertise throughout the renewal process.
• Identify and secure upsell opportunities both at renewal and mid-cycle.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of renewals and overall customer success.
• Forecast renewals and develop resolution strategies for identified account risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager.
• Experience in SaaS/AI environments with familiarity in tools like Databricks, Sagemaker, Cloudera, or other ML Analytics solutions.
• Technical aptitude regarding Docker, Kubernetes, and the general AI/MLOps landscape.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and comfort speaking with executives at Enterprise companies.
• Proficiency with SFDC and CRM tools.
