What you will do

• Align training requirements with OCM, project leads, functional streams, roles, and authorizations.
• Analyze training needs based on role mapping, training catalogue, and change impact analysis.
• Create learning journeys and training plans per persona or user group.
• Partner with OCM and global teams to prepare training materials.
• Manage logistics for training sessions with global and local teams.
• Handle training assignments and records in the learning management system.
• Monitor and report on training deployment status and attendance.
• Deliver soft-skill train-the-trainer sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in training coordination/management within SAP/ERP projects
• High-level knowledge of SAP/ERP authorization requirements, job roles, and transaction concepts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Hands-on experience with various training delivery methods
• Ability to collaborate across multiple international time zones
