What you will do
- Provide data-driven advice to managers and support workforce planning and development aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and retain talent together with your area of responsibility.
- Implement HR processes and policies, handling operational and administrative HR topics with the People Specialist team.
- Ensure proper onboarding of employees with the leadership team and support career coaching and workshops.
- Work closely with People Specialists, Payroll, Recruitment, and global People teams.
- Support the People Director in strategic advisory topics and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven +5 years experience as strategic People Business Partner shaping impactful People strategies
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end People processes
- Practical experience using HR analytics to drive business outcomes
- Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics) and strong experience with digital HR tools and automation
- Solid background in German labor law and experience with works councils
- Fluent German and English; flexible for business travel and on-site visits
- Strong advisory mindset and ability to coordinate a small team
