What you will do

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor for employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with managers to identify development needs and implement learning and mentorship programs.
• Manage the full performance cycle, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture, productivity, diversity, and inclusivity.
• Ensure strict compliance with German employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
• Facilitate the onboarding experience for new hires to ensure successful integration into the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in Germany.
• Business fluent German and English language skills.
• Proven experience in coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
