What you will do

• Drive strategic priorities forward as part of core leadership team, ensuring decisions are prepared and progress across organization.
• Own talent function end-to-end: build and manage recruiting team to identify, engage, and close top talent.
• Collaborate with CEO on org development: performance management, comp frameworks, leadership development, AI enablement.
• Keep organization at AI frontier: adopt new tools, push leverage across teams.
• Ensure alignment: drive change management, internal comms, cross-functional initiatives.
• Grow scope into expansion, strategy, or CEO priorities based on performance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in high-performance environment (Tier 1 consulting, VC, high-growth startup, banking, or founder).
• Structured problem-solving combined with execution speed.
• High bar for talent excellence from top environments.
• Outgoing, enjoys building relationships and convincing people.
• Deeply AI-native: daily AI tools use, excited to drive org-wide adoption.
• High agency, good taste, resilience for intense workloads.
