Learning Specialist (L&D): Drive employee engagement and professional growth through innovative learning initiatives and high-impact programs with an accent on assessing needs, developing content, and managing global training delivery. Focus on facilitating sessions across online and in-person formats, maintaining LMS, and measuring program effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland. Based in Kraków, partnering with global stakeholders. May require travel up to 10% to global office locations. Flexible schedule across multiple timezones.

Salary: 7500-10 000 PLN gross/monthly

What you will do

• Collaborate with People Business Partners and L&D Manager to assess learning needs and develop high-impact programs aligned with priorities.
• Facilitate global learning via online platforms like Google Classroom, in-person in Kraków, and other global locations as needed.
• Prepare course materials using various media and manage LMS for training records, registrations, and metrics.
• Co-develop internal marketing for learning initiatives and implement social stream campaigns.
• Conduct follow-up assessments, adjust programs, coordinate with SMEs for content library, and own global training schedule.
• Lead in-person new hire orientations in Kraków and other locations, support organization-wide learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in corporate L&D, leadership/organizational development, preferably in tech
• 3-5 years creating, designing, implementing employee training content; Bachelor’s in HR, organizational learning or equivalent.
• 1-2 years as learning facilitator; experience with DiSC or similar tools required.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and fluent Polish required for content creation and facilitation.
• Proven project management, curriculum development, presentation skills, LMS familiarity (Litmos preferred).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, managing priorities across timezones, up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• DiSC or facilitator certifications.
• Litmos experience.
