What you will do

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects end-to-end, including planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and consultants, providing mentorship to juniors
• Identify and mitigate risks, conduct stakeholder engagement, and monitor performance against KPIs
• Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Control project budgets and costs while maintaining quality and timelines

Requirements

• Fluent German (written and spoken) and professional English proficiency
• Minimum 10 years in IT project management in enterprise environments
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics (365, AX, NAV, or CRM) implementations
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Strong analytical skills, budget/resource/timeline management, and stakeholder skills
• Experience with ERP systems and business process modelling

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Background in financial services, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
