What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of accounts, including data science initiatives, stakeholders, competitors, and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives at Director, VP, and C-level, including natural text-message communications.
  • Uncover opportunities, set selling strategies, and execute sales cycles to generate $7.5M–$10M pipeline by end of FY27 and close $2.5M+ new ARR by end of FY28.
  • Position Domino successfully by aligning product management, services, sales, and executive leadership with customer needs.
  • Manage customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years sales experience, preferably selling enterprise platforms into Life Sciences market
  • Understanding of Life Sciences market and business operations
  • Enterprise sales experience closing complex multi-million dollar deals
  • Proven track record meeting VP-level leaders and securing $1M+ software contracts
  • Business acumen to map complex solutions to customer initiatives
  • Experience finalizing negotiations on enterprise software deals and positioning new solutions
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies
  • Prospecting skills using cold-call techniques
